Let's just say that Wembanyama was not at his best for Game 1. In fact, out of all the starters, he played 2nd worst just eeking out a slightly better performance than Chris Paul on a Per Minute Basis. 

Champagnie filled in really admirably for Devin Vassell who is awaiting clearance on his foot to play. He is practicing so let us hope that he'll be ready to play and until then, Julian keeps shooting a high percentage on his 3 point makes.

Bench wise, Keldon was eh but in a 6 minute blast, Malakai Branham played really, really efficiently.

It looks like Klay Thompson can Splash in Dallas too. 6 3's in his debut. Outstanding.
Dereck Lively II was an absolute bench monster for them and the way there were shooting the 3, that was the key difference right there. Luka Doncic is a beast and he shot horribly in the 1st half,
The Mavericks looked like a team who is capable of lofty goals like playing in The NBA Finals again.
